Thousand Island Dressing
Deeply flavoured Thousand Island salad dressing recipe for leafy greens or as a dip.
Thousand Island salad dressing is one of the most popular because it's so flavourful. It goes wonderfully on most green salads and adds a sweetness combined with a little underlaying tartness that can make a simple salad complete.
It's important to let this dressing sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before using, just to let the flavours mingle. It is always better the next day.
Salads isn't all this dressing is good for either. Use it as a dip for potatoes or French fries, mozzarella sticks, sweet potato wedges, etc.
