Tartar Sauce
Delectably creamy tartar sauce recipe makes a perfect companion to any fish dish.
Fish dishes just aren't complete without a little dab of tartar sauce to help bring out those flavours.
Creamy and smooth, this tartar sauce is so simple to make and balances the savoury flavours of Dijon mustard and dill pickle with a hint of sweet from the onion and sweet yum yum pickles.
Try it along side my beer-battered cod recipe or your favourite fish dish.
