Kiwi Apple Smoothie
Enjoy a blast of vitamin C with this delicious kiwi apple smoothie recipe.
Kiwis are so packed with vitamin C that one fruit has enough to satisfy your daily dietary requirement. Add in the apple and spinach and this smoothie becomes a powerhouse of vitamins and minerals.
It's perfect as a snack or meal replacement, and thanks to all the fibre, this smoothie will help you feel fuller for longer as well. It's also low in fat.
This recipe freezes well. I use my silicone large-cube ice tray to create my own smoothie cubes to add into other smoothies instead of ice cubes. You can also meal prep this smoothie in individual portions and save it in the freezer. That way you can just grab, blend, and go.
