Blue Hawaiian Cocktail
Tropical Blue Hawaiian cocktail recipe to bring back those summer vibes.

My favourite cocktail of all time is the Blue Hawaiian, and with tomorrow being my birthday I thought I'd share this wonderfully tropical treat with you.

Packed with pineapple, and coloured a lovely blue due to the blue Curacao liqueur, it is quite a stunning drink. It's fruity with a background creaminess thanks to the coconut cream, which makes it very easy to enjoy. Perhaps a bit too easy! A couple of these are enough to give you a kick in the pants, so moderation is key.
Ingredients
(Makes 1 serving)
1oz light rum
1oz blue Curacao liqueur
2oz pineapple juice
1oz coconut cream
1 cup ice, crushed
1 small wedge pineapple (optional)
1 maraschino cherry (optional)
Directions
In a high-powered blender combine the rum, Curacao, juice, coconut cream, and ice. Blend until smooth and slushy.
Pour it into a chilled Hurricane glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry (optional).
